I was very humbled to be asked to speak at the centenary dinner of the Craigmillar Park Tennis Club at Liberton Golf Club.

It is a great club that plays an increasingly important role in the local community.

They started on the old curling rink where the current Sainsbury’s petrol station is situated and moved to their current home when Cameron Toll was built. They now have a burgeoning membership and a very active junior section. One junior in particular has recently won their women’s championship and is playing for Scotland. One to watch.
