Ian Murray MP Working Hard for Edinburgh South
This month I was delighted to be at the CPR training at Polwarth Tavern.
The defibrillator that they have installed was paid for by their customers by fundraising after the sudden death of the co-owner of the bar, Alan, during the pandemic. Ben Prowse and his team have done a great job and the defibrillator is already saving local lives.
Well done everyone and if you get a chance to do the training please take the opportunity – you never know when CPR training could save a life.
Polwarth Tavern is also home to Rob Casson (King of Feasts) whose sandwiches are amongst the best in the world, according to the Financial Times and others. Do get along if you can!
