Ian Murray Working Hard for Edinburgh South
I began Scotland Questions this month by paying tribute to the legendary Dennis Law and wishing everyone a happy Burns Night for the 25th.
I took questions on a range of subjects, including the importance of working with devolved governments after years of obstruction under the Conservatives. In just 6 months the new Labour Government has started to deliver for Scotland. GB energy will be headquartered in Aberdeen, hundreds of thousands of the lowest paid Scots have received a pay rise, the State Pension has gone up and we’ve ruled out a return to austerity by delivering a huge uplift in the Scottish Government’s budget.
