After a long campaign to save the historic Comiston farm house it appears we are nearing the end of the saga.

The Council have now sold the farm house and grounds for £1.15 million to a developer who plans to convert the farm house into four flats and build four houses on the grounds. Whilst this is not the ideal solution it retains the farm house and avoid the high density flats which were previously proposed.
