The Google Digital Garage is an initiative that focuses on training people and businesses to acquire the right skills for the digital age. As the world becomes increasingly digital, the skills that people need to find a job or grow a business are changing.

I was delighted to visit the Digital Pop Up Garage at Shandwick Place to see the operation and how they are training members of the public in everything from writing a CV to starting your own business.

The Digital Garage will be in Edinburgh for the next 12 months providing free skills training to communities in the city and its surrounding areas.  Give it a try.
