I joined Sciennes Primary School for their Daily Mile round the Meadows this month.

The Daily Mile is a global initiative which attempts to get children out of the classroom every day to complete a mile. This is a fun and simple method to improve the fitness and health of school children.

It is safe to say the pupils at Sciennes were much faster than me!
