•Closed (33 within 30 days – 63%)

Remaining 20 cases -; 14 cases with multiple agency involvement as complainers with mental health issues, and 1 case awaiting drug convictions however charges later dropped and 5 complaints reopened as previous investigations carried out and no corroboration.

Other Community Safety Work

Attended Children and Families Neighbourhood Forum

1 Community Safety Officers helping 3 days a week assisting staff in East Neighbourhood due to absence

1 new Mediation referral passed onto South Community Safety Team

1 Community Safety Officer assigned for 1 week to assist with Postal Count for election.

2 Case Management meetings held

Community Open Day held at the Central Mosque. 2 Community Safety Officers along with partners from a number of various organisations attended and provided information and support.

Joint initiative with Police Scotland and Dunedin Canmore Housing Association to address a number of youth issues in Gracemount. This involved joint visits, letterdrops and partnership meetings.

1 Community Safety Officer held drop in surgery one day per week at the Braidwood Centre in Dumbiedykes.

Community Safety Officers currently undergoing a review which has led to a number of long term initiative and projects being placed on hold.•
