I visited local artisan chocolatiers- Edward and Irwyn. The kitchen is located at 21 Morningside Drive and opens its door to the public every Saturday.

Edward and Irwyn create experimental chocolate, influenced by the tastes and smells of the North. I was particularly interested in the process and the deep respect the chocolatiers had for their ingredients. ••I hear they are famous for their Easter Eggs!
