The developers have now submitted a PAN (Proposals of Application Notice) to the Council. This application is a prelude to the full planning application which will be submitted at a later date and contains some important dates for public events.

These events will be an opportunity for residents to shape the process. Each meeting will build on the progress made by the last and hopefully have a real impact on shaping the development.

Along with my colleague Daniel Johnson MSP, I will be working closely with the community to ensure that this development works for everyone. I have recently published a leaflet which will be circulated round the area.
